Any Items ordered via the website can only be delivered in the UK. For overseas delivery, please contact us for a shipping quote.

All items in stock will usually be despatched within 48hrs of receipt of order (excluding Sundays & Bank Holidays), whenever possible items will be despatched same day. Parcels will be sent either via Royal Mail 1st Class or Specialist Next Working Day Courier (Mainland UK only). Some large or bulkier items and some remote Post Codes may be sent Royal Mail Standard parcels and can take 3+ working days for delivery. All parcels sent with a courier will require a signature therefore please ensure a signature will be available at the delivery address given. A card will be left is delivery is not possible, if delivery via courier, please contact the courier to arrange a second delivery, failure to do so or failure of a second delivery will result in an additional charge for delivery and administration.

If you require your delivery by a certain time/date, please telephone us with your order and our sales team will be able to advise, this may incur additional charges.

We endeavour to keep all items listed on our website in stock however from time to time this is not always possible. If we are out of an item we will contact you. You will be given the option to place the item(s) on back order (subject to further stock being available) or cancelled. Any back orders that arise as a result of the stock being incorrect on the website will be sent post free.
